Simply click the "new post" button on the top right corner of the web page and copy paste your food story from a Word document. You can preview it before final posting, and then click the "publish" button. Make sure to cite all revelant information. Don't borrow somebody else's ideas without acknowledging the author.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is available before the deadline, which is Monday July 29, 6 pm.

Hi - how do I recall a "saved" post to edit it and publish?

Paula, I believe you need to click on your own profile to find a draft of an unpublished post. Am I right? Could you guide everyone though it?
